Why do you think it's a moot point? It counters your claim about liberals and porn. Is that why it's moot?
Doesn't counter it at all, as I never mentioned "liberal" - most people in America whether in "red or blue" states are consumerist. America as an entire nation is what deserves condemnation, including the so-called "red states" and their embrace of degenerate forms of capitalism which destroy the natural order.

Iceland is more "left" from a purely economic sense, but has less embraced degenerate consumerism than America has.

    Sorry, not liberal, but "left".

Certainly it pokes big holes in your theory quoted below...

"Some of this may have originated in the Frankfurt School of Marxism as well (and their view that 'sexual freedom' was a means of abolishing capitalism and private ownership) which might explain why many on the "left" in America have come to support unnatural and exploitative industries such as the commercial porn industry."

Statistics would suggest that conservatives support the industry through their patronage.

I didn't solely attribute it to Marxism, I said that consumerist capitalism on the whole is likely what plays a role in it; Europe hasn't embraced it to the degree the US has, which is one thing in their favor. Consumer capitalism views humans and sexuality as just another commodity to be bought and sold, which I believe is part of the problem (much as it was in the days of slave ownership).

Consumer capitalism views humans and sexuality as just another commodity to be bought and sold, so I believe this degenerative worldview plays a role in in the propagation of exploitative industries.
Yet you ended up omitting the largest consumers of pornography in the US. The emphasis seemed to be on the left. I provided evidence to the contrary and was told it was a moot point.

Doesn't matter to me, since consumerism is the major factor that all demographics share.

I think there here might be a correlation between sexually repressive communities and porn use. It would explain Japan.

I never said few liberals watch porn. If you're going to criticize, at least criticize for something that was actually said.
