Best grdening year to date is essentially over

I've got a few brassicas still growing and some herbs but I'm starting to tear down. Now I have to challenge myself to have a even better year next year. We have everything from tea herbs, to mint , to salsa , to zuccini in the freezer and some parsley dried with some lavender drying.

This wasn't my best gardening year to date. Every year is good for some things bad for others. My best year was the first year I did it all on my own because I used a billion gallons more water than I needed.

The pepper plants are dead. We had temperatures in the 20s with high winds for a good 18 hours. The herbs help up well though. I was surprised. There may be no need to dry them. It looks like they will last through the month unless we get snow.

The pot guy gave me so many peppers, he gave me about 6 mason jars full of sliced peppers, not counting the bags of fresh hot peppers.

He grows so much he couldnt possibly consume it, its his hobby.
I love sauteed hot peppers, I put it on turkey burgers, eggplant sammiches, dice them put mix them with black beans, all kinds of uses
