And if you are unconcious and unable to act on your behalf or in danger of dying if you don't get immediate treatment money has no meaning since you cannot take it with you. I think it's one thing if you are going to the dermatologist or podiatrist and you are not in a life threatening situation but in an emergency situation I think you should be able to get treatment any qualified medical doctor.
