Why politicize death?

I would ask the same of Trump. A 20 year vet friend of mine quit after the second Iraq war because, and I quote, "I am not here to make politicians like Dick Cheney money. I loved the miltary, but it is not what it used to be. The military in this country is supposed to be used to protect our borders, not make politicians money.
