When you do.

Peter......does anyone on this thread realize how insane full support for Kurdish autonomy is for the US? Might you explain that their caterwauling over rights and how horrible the Iraq government is for 'invading' their own f'n country is about off base, inaccurate, and totally misunderstands what the fck is going on.

Cause it's not probably, Peter. It's every country over there. Every single one save for Israel who would like nothing better than to fragment the Iranian Shia Crescent, who would like to see Iraq and Syria weakened.

Remember speaking about us pushing towards Russia, Pete......making Putin nervous...expanding NATO and encroaching on Russian spheres of influence? Wouldn't we be doing the same here. Why are you sitting here.....and not responding to the lunacy of this thread start and especially @Ethereal who should f'n know better but obviously doesn't.
I don't think the US is backing the Kurds. I don't think that they will, at least overtly.

As an aside, Iran is not Russia.

Many posters automatically seem to think we will control everything we address. And historically they have a point.

That doesn't speak to my point at all. Were you wasted when you wrote that? I mean I spelled it out and you still don't get it

You're not the most qualified member regarding these topics, you're......historically challenged. Did that help

You're getting closer, donttread. By the time I'm finished with you, you'll be able to hold your own. Thank God for your Uncle Ransom, huh?

    You "don't think?"

As an aside, Iran is not Russia.
And why it's called an analogy. We'd be stomping on the national interests of several nations in the region to include ally Turkey not to mention Iran, Syria, Russia, and Iraq.

IF you understand that, you'll understand the thread start and Ethereal themes being unleashed here are naïve and frankly, dangerous. What in the world. And you...sitting there...silent....as if you know no better. As if you were donttread.
