...while I was ordering heartworm preventative medication on the PetSmart website for our two dogs. The customer service rep was on the phone with me at the time, walking me through this unfamiliar checkout procedure. Filled in all the information about pet's name, type, breed, etc., and then there was a box you could check that said "My pet is adopted", and I started laughing. She asked why, and I said, "Well, it would just about have to be, wouldn't it?" Think about it.
