OK, so this is funny...and not so funny.

LOL. That is funny. The law school group at WVU used to sponsor a 5K run for law students where they chased an ambulance. Not sure if they still do it or not.

The people in Asheville are an odd bunch in and of themselves. I doubt that anyone will think this is odd to them.
Asheville's motto is "If its too weird for Asheville, its too weird"
You want to see an odd gerrymander district check out Florida's Third Congressional District. It was created for the single purpose of getting Corrine Brown elected.
