Not telling someone you hare HIV positive is a crime in my mind.

There have been cases across the country where individuals have been found guilty for infecting others with HIV unknowingly and attempting to.

There have been prostitutes knowing and willfully trying to infect as many men as they could, one notorious case was in Atantic City New Jersey.

I am not sure it should be confined to HIV. There are a lot of folks walking round with Hepatitis not sharing that info thanks to the newfound popularity of injectables
