GOP tax 'reform' worse than partisan. It's petty.

GOP tax 'reform' worse than partisan. It's petty.

But by the standards of President Reagan’s landmark 1986 tax reform, this plan is a major disappointment. It lacks fiscal discipline, is needlessly indulgent of the wealthy, and is purposely punitive to universities, college students and people who live in high-tax states. Taken as a whole, this plan is partisan, even petty.
This is what the republicans have become under trump.

All tax cuts benefit those that pay taxs, those that do not pay taxs take that money from those that pay taxs and are the reason taxs are so high.

This is not the finished product, it has to get through the senate, once its finalized then I will pass judgement and I will be fair about it. If I think it sucks I wont try to sugarcoat it.

I agree that this tax plan is extremely disappointing. It removes even more people from paying the income tax and gives no tax relief to those who currently carry 80% of the tax burden. It puts more of the burden on them.

If this this tax plan passes as is, we will have a majority of earners paying no income tax. The people who now pay 80% of federal taxes will pay more than 90%.

The Democrats will still call it a tax cut for the rich.

This idiotic tax plan shows how gutless the Republicans are. One cannot call this a tax cut as it increases taxes on the people who pay the taxes.

What we need is an asteroid strike that levels Washington DC (and the surrounding bedroom communities to completely wipe out the stupid, little fearful people running the country.

President Trump promised a bold, large tax cut. Instead, we are getting a weak, pathetic tax increase disguised as a tax cut.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
