Yep and even if every country were to meet the Paris commitments, it still would not be enough to cool the planet or even stop the warming trend in the models. We would have to inject something like sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere as well but that would be racist because it would cut down on the already almost non-existent rainfall in northern Africa and create food shortages in places that cannot seem to stop the rabbits from breeding like mad.

I don't support giving money to fix a problem that cannot be fixed. The air quality in China is a result of American corporations relocating there that improved their economy, however they chose to ignore the environmental consequences that these corporations produce.

China and India are using more fossil fuels. The Paris agreement was solely political and based on AGW mass hysteria but was only designed to redistribute wealth.

Without the weight of the USA behind it it is less likely anything will be done about pollution in less than 1st world countries.
