The damage Obama did, is in the form of being a terrorist sympathizer, apologizing for the US, allowing the likes of Kim and NK, to call the shots and, then, pander to him.

Dr., it's not about whether it personally affected my life. Other than my health insurance going up and access being more limited, and privacy of my data, it probably didn't. It's never about me, it's about what we are leaving future generations. The issue is whether Obama damaged our republic and the way our government operates. Undoubtedly, he did. We have discussed this point by point ad nauseum. For example, and without limiting same, the executive took far more power than it's entitled to, the federal government expanded it's encroachment onto state power and he doubled the debt. All of this is supported and would be supported by a left-leaning judiciary.

There are no guarantee's that the court will remain like that for 40 years; sometimes things happen that could change the makeup in a few years. We need to remember why Gorsuch got appointed to the court and that is because Scalia dropped dead suddenly so if it happened to Scalia, it's within the world of possibility that it could happen again where a sudden death or two changes the makeup of the court. It could likewise happen where one or two liberal leaning judges suffer the same thing as Scalia did; only time will tell.

Think 3rd party for 2024 folks. Clean up America.
Once I tell you that we agree to disagree there will be no more discussion between us in the thread so please don't waste your time continuing to argue your points because I will not respond.

That would have been supported by a right-leaning judiciary too (and has been in the past, don't act like it hasn't), but with even worse things that would impact people immediately and personally. The right wants this country to look like the 1950s again and want religion to make the rules. And that will happen over my dead body.
I'm prancing like a pony.
