I am not saying that it is or is not, I am just saying he was asked a question that the answer is an opinion, if his opinion is that he does not see a conflict of interest then he excluded nothing.
Personally, I would have mentioned it but again, I am sure he figured they knew who his wife was already.

That is pretty much the way I see it. I doubt he was trying to conceal his marriage. He just didn't see it as a problem.

Shouldn’t be glossed over, but at this point I say “$#@! it.” He’s the blogger that is only three years out of law school, if that alone isn’t enough to remove him from consideration, I don’t think anything else matters.

Trump nominee fails to report he is a member of the human race. He should be disqualified for omitting that pertinent piece of information.

Do you know the legal qualifications for being a judge? Does he meet them? If so, whining about experience will get you nowhere.

Except that this situation is not even close to what you're saying, and you know it.

How do you think he got this nomination? His talent and good looks?

Ok I will ask, how did he get the nomination? Please do not speculate, your statement implies that you know how it happened. His wife works for Trump would be speculation by the way.

What has the seat he is appointed for to do with Mueller's fishing trip? More left hysteria...
