Yes I am completely serious, what conflict is created? His wife works at the Whitehouse, he is nominated to be a district Judge in Alabama. The 2 are not connected, heck the wife is not even the Legal Counsel at the Whitehouse she is the chief of staff for the special counsel, so she is staff......
There are around 700 district Judges I believe so please tell me what is the impact of this guy IF he is confirmed?

Generally speaking, the Conservative side wants rulings that fall in line with the Rights that are given in the Constitution. What right specifically has the Conservative side tried to rule against? The problem that continues to come up is that Liberals in general have tried to redefine what rights are in the Constitution.
