Excellent idea. I wonder how much it can produce? I'll bet very high rates per square foot.

The containers our customer has produces huge amounts of peppers and tomatos, which we are all the recipients of.

Containers bypass soil problems and pests are easier to deal with so he tells us. His yields are huge. He told us before he moved to fla he had up to 500 containers, now hes built up to 200 here

Other than cut worms on peppers, I am not sure they make that much difference as far as pests since most of them are flying critters. I personally find in my area that peppers do better planted in the ground as far as production. This was a bumper year for me with hot varieties off only 18 plants. The jalapenos in particular seemed to grow back as soon as you picked them.

Depends what you plant, I hear certain things are better, like cherry tomatoes, over regular.
