It's amazing, we can argue about laws being applied unequally when it comes to gays not being able to buy a cake or with affirmative action, but when it comes to a woman's breast, all of a sudden it's "but it's the law!" or "It's just the way it is.".

Breasts aren't sex organs. They are certainly an aspect of a woman's sexuality, but so are legs, hair and eyes.

People need to lighten up. I find it bizarre that graphic violence is acceptable but breasts aren't.

Even in the frozen, oppressive, communist dictatorship of Canada, women are free to go topless if they wish.

Well a penis, or a vagina is a reproductive organ. A little different than boobs. But there are nude beaches in Toronto.

They do go topless. It's not always exactly the supermodel type that do, but women do go topless here.

I'm not really a shirt off walking down the street guy, but if I was not legally allowed to take m shirt off in public, at the beach or in a park, I would object to that law. Wouldn't you?

I walked into a restaurant on day, and they had one of those signs up that says; "No, shirt, no shoes, no service" Well, I was buck naked, but had the shirt and shoes on, and they arrested me for indecent exposure!

Your rationale is really no different than saying a very attractive woman should expect to be harassed or a woman in a short skirt should expect unwanted attention. It's taking the onus off you and putting on her for tempting you. It's not accepting personal responsibility.

No, it isn't shifting blame. One is intentionally trying to buck a well established and productive norm that has yielded good results for many thousands of years. Personal attraction has nothing to do with it.
