    There's a group of guys here who dig up the eggs and nurture them until
    tbry hatch, then they release them at night. I think it's a great thing. They have been been doing this for at least ten years. We are seeing more and more turtles.

    The turtles just ignore people while they are laying their eggs. They bury their eggs then bolt back into the surf.

    I am use to the turtles in the swamps. Got to watch to see if there are ridges on the shells. Ridges bad. Don't touch.
