Germany offers migrants money to go home

The catch- you don't get the money until you are back home.

Germany has come up with a novel way to thin the ranks of migrants who have sought asylum but been rejected: paying them to leave.

The country, which has come under fire in some quarters for its acceptance of refugees fleeing war and hardship in various Muslim-majority countries, now wants to give rejected asylum-seekers a one-time payment of $3,570 to go home.

I don't thin that's so novel though. Similar ideas have been flown before. I think France does that already in some cases. In any case, whatever. Just leave.

It cost them a fortune to promote them to come to Germany, now Merkel wants to pay them to leave. If thats not an admission she was dead wrong with refugees and they hurt germany nothing is

Germany had another program offering cash to leave. It was a lower amount. Now migrants can tap into both programs.

But your right. Germany should just expel them.

I don't mean making the effort to keep this humane but this is a crisis...for us. At the end of the day, you've got to go.

A little humanity I think is both appropriate as a Catholic and politic in so far as it will help win over hysterical females who feel more than they think.

Now that the Islamic State is crumbling, Syrians need to rebuild Syria. They can't do that from Europe.
