    Conyers gets away

Congressman John Coyers used office expenses to pay off one of his victims. That's fraud. Why hasn't he been arrested?

If he used his office's funds, it is likely a problem.

If he used the general fund that congress created to settle civil lawsuits against Congress and its members it is only a political issue. Not a legal issue.
