Not when it involves conspiring to prevent the election of a candidate, or unseat the elected POTUS if the first sedition didn't work, in the office of the Asst.Director of the FBI.

Rosenstein had the UNMITIGATED GALL to tell the Senate Judiciary Committee, that they did not have the authority/oversight to know if the FBI PAID FOR THE DOSSIER, or if they then USED IT TO OBTAIN FISA WARRANTS on TRUMP AND HIS PEOPLE.

The entire deep seated government Deep State-DOJ, FBI included,(especially) believe that they are NOT ACCOUNTABLE to the People's elected representatives, and are thus engaged in sedition against the United States of America.

The FBI ILLEGALLY paying for foreign "dirt" on a presidential candidate certain members of the FBI wanted to prevent being elected, and then ILLEGALLY using that paid for garbage to obtain FISA warrants to spy on that same candidate and his people, and ILLEGALLY using it to hatch a COMPLETE LIE of an investigation, is far beyond "expressing an opinion."
And Rosenstein has NO RIGHT to not answer the Senate Judiciary Committee's questions about it...unless he plans to PLEAD THE FIFTH.
