I do not think there would be legal grounds to challenge an indictment because of two former staff members (or even current ones). Mueller may take a case to a grand jury, but it is the grand jury that ultimately determines whether to indict based on whether they think a crime has been committed based on evidence.

Adelaide besides that there is no doubt that meullers whole team including him was a set up. Hes best friends with Comey and an x head of the FBI like comey and he picks not only anti trump investigators and lawyers but a couple that outwardly hate trump and supported hillary.

Dershowitz just said that the investigation does look to be tainted, but he doesn't see any crimes committed by the investigative team.

He did also say that anyone convicted of anything has a built in and more than likely successful appeal.
