    No. There were several press secretaries pre-Obama that were extremely good at their job, qualified/experienced, and didn't seem like complete idiots. Trump has made the mistake of surrounding himself with politically inexperienced advisors, but Sanders doesn't fall into that category - she's just an idiot, by all appearances.
