Folks right now, being a school bus driver in an urban district I see (and hear about) this all the time. Parents unwilling to get and keep their kids under control. Pat yourselves on the backs, people who think we should never be tough on discipline. This is your legacy!!!

Not from where I stand. To date since that came out in 1946, we now have three generations of out of control kids. Explain that.

I am only relating my and my family's experience, there must be others surely! But I've never researched it...

Also, it seems, this is the age of minimal to no, discipline, children can basically call the shots in the home.

Parents don't seem to realize, or maybe they do, that their spoiled brats have to go to school and, the teachers don't want to deal with their out of control, disrespectful, entitled brats.
