I must admit, as I grow older it wears on you quicker. The worst part is 90's with no breeze whatsoever and humidity levels close to the temperature.

I will take heat over cold. Cold is actually painful.

My first run of the year in hot weather is always rough. I acclimate quickly though.

We are current having what I consider perfect weather. Nightly lows of 60 and daytime highs of about 85.

A bike ride in August takes maybe 4 miles to have an entire tee shirt soaked.

In the 60's here in NC. I'm ready for some colder weather. Doesn't feel much like Christmas.

I'm only out for about 40 minutes so I never wear a shirt when it's hot. If I ran for longer periods of time it would be wise to keep a shirt on because in the long run it will keep you cooler.

Texas is too hot in the winter.

    That is all.

Upper teens is as cold as we have been thus far, which is a little unusual on this side of New Years but not unheard of. January and February are a crap shoot in the Mid-Atlantic. Could have honeybees out or be in the single digits all in the same week.

Dropped down to -3 about five days ago, then it was 40 for a couple of days, now it's 30's during the day 10-20 overnight, most inconsistent weather I can remember in the 14 years I've been here...
