If Ward’s opinion was a fringe one, his article would not be so concerning – but it isn’t. That was the most screwed up word salad nonsense I have (tried) read in a long time. It is hard to fathom the point, of course the Wash-Exam is a oddball paper. When push come to shove soldiers will do what is necessary and there will always be behaviors good and bad.

Remedial reading comprehension courses are available online. Another aspect to the problem is that so few Americans have ties to the military. They have no frame of reference.
