    $375.00 a month in a city so yes extreme neglence if Raccons were living there AND coming indoors. The poor kid will need rabies shots on top of all this.

    They are rumored to be less people avoidant because of the constant exposure than our our country Raccoons. Not sure about that but it seems to seem likely
