I have a hawk who has called my property home for a long time, ive seen him snag squirrels off the side of a tree, ive seen him take out woodpeckers but when I saw him attack my neighbors cat that was on my property I got angry, I ran off the lanai and scared him off the cat but you would not believe the damage those claws did to that poor cat. My neighbor and I lifted her in a big bath towel and took her to the vet, shes ok but i never see her in my yard anymore.
