Do those on the left have a sense of humor?

I was a fan of the jokes in Reader's Digest for years. I could always pull something out of every issue. However several years ago the magazine took a dramatic shift to the left in its articles. Along with that the quality of their jokes hit a new low. It has been several years since I have found a repeatable joke in Reader's Digest. The "jokes" are vapid, demeaning and simply not funny. I have also noticed several posters who clearly lie in what anyone would consider to the left of center. They will post the most inane comments and when called their stock answer seems to be "you can't take a joke?" It also brings to mind Al Gore's comment that if you are don't have a college degree the only thing you can do is end up in the military. When told that was demeaning his response was "It was just a joke bro".Perhaps liberals, progressives, or what ever label they wish to hide behind now simply don't have a sense of humor. After all they all suffer from Anal Optilitist where they have their eye balls crossed with their $#@!s and this gives them a $#@!ty outlook on life.

I get my sense of humor from listening from the National Lampoon Radio Hour. Many of you are probably too young to have listened to that show but it is humor at its best.

The problem with Carson was he was the first to bring out celebrities and allowed them to make political commentary.

He was a snappy dresser however and when in Hong Kong I bought one of his tailor made suits.
