    Actually, quite a few constrictors are indeed indigenous, I think you meant to say python species, even the rosy boa is native to the SW.

    Rat snakes, king snakes, Indigo snakes and milk snakes are all native constrictors of the family colubridae. (among others)

    Nothing that endangers a human being. Rodents and other small animals beware. Poisonous snakes are more of an issue for people if only because they may be allergic to the snake bite.
