I can't get the actual piece from NYT to link but if you Google the title it's easy to find.

We literally have TRILLIONS of pages of classified documents. there absolutely can't be that many important national security effecting secrets. Even if every country in the world was planning to invade. But I'll bet there's a lot of evidence of a lot of corruption and illegal government action .
