Yet, if previous discussions list public universities as "government actors", then him being sanctioned for his "speech" would fall under his right to free speech being violated. So the conundrum that is this topic flows like this....if it was argued before that universities are government actors, and them restricting a speech from an agitator is unlawful, then restricting the speech from this player is unlawful as well. But, if you are saying universities are not "government actors", then the previous argument about restricting speech from agitators is null and void. Right @Chris?

My "nonsense" is trying to set the record straight for those that argue whether a university is allowed to restrict free speech. It can't go both ways to say they can't restrict a speech, to now saying they can.
