    Ecuador is not an America friendly country. They have been trying to create a South American trading group, similar to the EU and all of the countries that are sycophants to the US are blocking the process. I'm not surprised that they chose to poke America in the eye. I work closely with an Ecuadorian who is a recent immigrant and she has explained the political atmosphere in Ecuador.
