For some reason certain people, mostly liberals, believe that members of the media are to be looked at as sacred. Of course those same liberals feel differently about media people who are not obviously on the left. Those media types should be ignored and dismissed as partisan hacks.

That is a really stupid thing to be pleased about. Our administration officials are getting good at insulting people? Don't they have better things to do? The liberals are going to be outraged and upset by any representative of a Republican administration. They are even more outraged when that press secretary doesn't bend over for the liberal media. Liberals think everyone need to kiss the collective asses of the media.

Let's start with several previous admins; Dana Perino (Dubya), Josh Earnest (Obama), Tom Petit (Nixon), Tom Brady (Reagan), Jerald Ter Horst (Ford).

IMO, all without exception conducted themselves in a professional manner in accordance with their roles and duties as journalists given the level they were operating from.

If that was addressed to me, I have to disagree with you; I don't hate anyone, however there are those I dislike which is a big difference from "hate".

I was no big fan of Nixon, however I respected his Press Secretary, Tom Pettit for his professionalism.

That being said, I stand by my position that she did not conduct herself in a professional, dignified manner.
