Trump wants Euro immigration, but there just aren't that many takers. That's also an answer to his question about why America is taking immigrants from the third world (cleaning up his actual words).
The average birth rate in America is now 1.84 per female (and falling), thus not reproducing the existing population. The number of Americans ages 65 and older is projected to more than double from 46 million today to over 98 million by 2060, and the 65-and-older age group's share of the total population will rise to nearly 24 percent from 15 percent. That means that America needs more taxpayers in a hurry. While America needs skills, it also needs people who will give birth and often the two are not the same thing. There is a direct correlation between higher education and low birth rate.

Of course they aren't. They are accustomed to a high level of government support. And most of their nations are running out of money to provide that support as the population ages.
