The same people who scream the loudest about abortion (on this forum for example) tend to be the same people who spit on the people who have children out of wedlock and cannot support them without welfare. They are the same people who hate welfare and hate any programs in schools to feed children who are not getting enough to eat. They are the same people who don't bat an eye when children are shot by the police in poor communities. They are the same people who condemn fatherless families. Talk about moral relativism.

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck - it's a duck. Don't forget that there is an abundance of information about Trump long before his political career. Those who support him turn a blind eye to his history of disreputable behavior because he seems to be delivering. Well, if you make a deal with the devil, there will always be a price to pay. Ask all the former investors and business partners that he screwed and the contractors he hired. His career is littered with litigation, one of the most recent being his fake university. If a history of fraud, deceit and sexual predation is unimportant to you in a leader, then enjoy.

It's ironic that those who support him previously yelled the loudest about moral relativism yet they happily accept his moral turpitude, so long as he continues to pander to their political goals. At the end of the day, the corrupt deliver corruption.

I've been trying to wrap my head around that. I think his supporters fall into several categories:

Never Hillary
Never Wrong
Never Non-White

Some of President Trump's supporters would have never voted for Hillary even if she was running against Hitler. Others like his anti-white rhetoric and finally there are those who are too embarrassed to admit they were snookered or wrong. There was a study done a while back that profiled victims of scams and what was learned were many victims refused to believe they had been scammed or they continued to be the victims of ongoing scams. It was actually very interesting.

IMO, the majority of President Trump loyalists fall within the "Never Wrong" victim category. They will never admit they were wrong in voting for him no matter the cost to themselves, their families or the country.

Not in any significant number, if any. For real xenophobia on a national level you need to look to pre-war Japan.

Just like we don't have any real fascists, although that term is greatly misused as well.
