Well, people assert their rights regardless of whether they do or do not have anything to hide. Nonetheless, this is troubling to me, this ignoring of a subpoena. I was troubled when the Obama people did it, and I'm equally troubled now. We are to be a nation of laws, not men. These people need to learn that the laws must be enforced.

As I understand it, there’s no penalty in the law for ignoring a congressional subpoena. And since Congress is totally devoid of any morals, there is no motivation to comply.
