Generally when they ignore what you think are defensive penalties in the first three quarters, they ignore them for the entire game. They will make a defensive interference call late if it's a no brainier.
If anything, they tighten up what they call a reception. Ask Dez Bryant and Calivin Johnson to explain that for you. That's the only inconsistency in officiating which doesn't favor the offense.
The SB was one of the better officiated games of the season. It wasn’t perfect (nor will it ever be), but it was pretty good.

Like I said, I only watched the 4th quarter, but from what I saw the officiating looked to be consistent. I don't remember any penalty. The non calls looked to be even and consistent.
