    No, you can't arrest a sitting president. Who would do it? I can see the Secret Service allowing that. SCOTUS can't allow some DA to overthrow the government. Legal aside, you can't be allowed to have some idiot charge to change the government.

    Common sense. The Congress can remove a President and then he can be arrested.
