CNN Investigation: Sexual Misconduct by Judges Kept Under Wraps
Any time you give a man something he doesn't earn, you cheapen him. Our kids earn what they get, and that includes respect. -- Woody Hayes

We're so polite to call these things mere "misconduct".
We need some rules.
1) A one timme comment gets a warning fromm the offended party and no action taken unless the action is repeated. Since sexual harrassment is a "victim defined offense" this is a necessary rule rather than just having rules about things you can't say that apply to evveryone
2) If the statute for criminal charges has elapsed with no effort to charge them on your part you lose your right to sue.. and your company is not bound to take any action
3) If you pressure someone into sex by saying "pretty please with butter on top" that is nothing more than a lesson learned. or if you have completely consensual sex with a coworker that's just life..
4) However, if you are 'pressured into sex " by having your job threatened that is sex harrassment as well as blackmail or extortion and if provable should be ccharged as such
5) You have no right to play grab ass against someones wishes
Lets define the offense, give it a stautute of limitations for civvil acction and aggressively root out true , recent or curren offenders.
