I believe in some places political opinion polls are banned within a couple of weeks or maybe a month prior to an election.

Rasmussen is the polling equivalent of Fox media. When they call you to survey they ask three questions before proceeding. The first question: is the earth flat, next they ask if you have ever been taken up in an alien spaceship, and finally they ask if you have seen Bigfoot recently? If you don't answer 'yes' to at least two questions they skip over you as you are too bright for a Rasmussen poll. Rasmussen is pure junk, that anyone follows them is a clear indicator of partisan insanity syndrome.

Trump has told 2140 verified lies or untruths in 2017 and still the conservative snowflakes believe and follow. Sad. I kinda hope that Donnie John Trump isn't so dumb or dishonest he can't appreciate the fact they still follow him and worship at the altar of nonsense. If he doesn't and he believes his lies that would be real comedic, an absurdity of the highest order.
