    Eagles first super bowl win

I was happy to see the Eagles get their first super bowl win. Especially against the patriots.

I only watched the 4th quarter, but I thought Chris Collinsworth sounded like he wanted to volunteer to unzip Tom Brady's pants. Was he slobbering over Brady the entire game?

Nick Foles is a class act.

    Nick Foles outplayed Tom Brady.

And Doug Pederson out-coached Bill Belichick.

On the flip-side, New England's defense wasn't good enough, and Philly's defense was just good enough.

It was a really good game at the end of the day.

I typically like to listen to Collinsworth but he was over the top last night. The only FB fan in the country who did not know that Zack Etz was acting as a runner when he dove into the endzone was Chris. Shame on Al for letting him go on so long!

I really think this sets up a very interesting off season.

4 QB's will are free agents or will be traded. 2 of the 3 at Minnesota, after they decide who they want the started to be. Of course Foles, and Cousins from the Redskins.

All 4 of these will be leading new teams next year.

The 49ers have found their QB by trading with the Patriots for Mr. G

So that is 5 needs are filled before the draft, and the draft has 4 that should become starters by the end of next year.

Most of the Mock Drafts have these 4 being taken in the first round, but what if these teams choose to take the proven QB instead of a chance.

For example Cleveland could Pick up Cousins on the open market and still have the 1 and 4 pick to take Barkley and the best OT in the draft. Filling 3 positions on the team for years to come.

It is certainly possible with what has happened, that one of the teams with an aging superstar will be able to find their Future in the late First round or possible the beginning of the second.
So when you look you have

    Cleveland in need
NY either keeps Eli or he fills another teams need.
    The Jets.
    Arizona
    Chicago

Y'know, Zelmo, I don't typically like anything that anybody from *ichigan has to say; but you are pretty perceptive on this issue....

Why Thank you, of course this means nearly nothing coming from someone that lives in that State down South, but I thank you all the same LOL.

I just think it will be interesting to see how this plays out. I can't believe that Cleveland will take another chance on the Draft when there are proven assets there to be had.

The other thing that Cleveland could do is take Barkley at number 1, Trade the number 4 with Buffalo for the #21 & #22 picks and end up with 3 first round picks. Buffalo is still not sold on their QB and they might jump at the chance to pick up one of the top 3..... Leaving the with picks #1, #21, #22, #33 That would be 4 new starters they could have a Great O Line, RB and QB, and work on defense in free agency and the 3rd through 7 round.

If the Browns are smart, they could go from 0 wins to a wild card team in one year, But the browns are not smart, so that is not likely to happen

I loved seeing the Eagles knock off the pats. The dynasty is over.
Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I digress....

Al Michaels got caught up in it too. He was right there with Collinsworth.

I didn't understand why anyone could see any controversy in the Ertz TD.
