Some nations, does that include North Korea? See Pete....the only way an emp or nuclear attack can occur other than it being fired from a ship or smuggled in....if yer NK and targeting the continental US....is to launch it on an intercontinental ballistic missile, have it blast into orbit, re-enter earth's atmosphere, steer it from there with warhead intact......and then detonate it on time, on target.

So.....my point....that was relevant I thought....was that the NK's haven't mastered telemetry. I agree with Mister V, the problem isn't unsolvable, but KN's current policy is to improve both missile technology and their nuclear programs. Their obvious problems were relevant to me. Sorry

They have two.

Yes. The NORKs have placed two satellites in orbit. The satellites fly from North Korea, down to the south pole, then up to the north pole. I have not seen any data but would speculate each satellite passes over the US every 90 minutes or so. So they pass over us from South to North.
