Never mind the answer to that question, because the West is considered to be different from the rest of the part of the country, Blacks had businesses separate from Whites before.

If things are so great re: race issues, there would not be the Nation of Islam verifying different, nor would there be BLM demanding change in what they say is always ever after core.
