How many will die in the war removing the Dome of the Rock?.....or do you expect a miracle which will make it disappear into thin air?

Actually, it will because it is there that Antichrist will commit the "Abomination of Desolation" and declare himself greater than God.

I expect it will be built next to the Dome. Remember that Antichrist will establish "peace" between the Arab nations and Israel.

Since the Dome of the Rock is sitting squarely on top of the Temple, you're saying the Temple won't be "rebuilt" as much as building a new one next to the Dome of the Rock. Interesting.

The antichrist came and went--It was Emperor Nero. Revelation is anti-Roman propaganda. It is not a book to be taken literally.

Mainly it was to declare a single form of Christianity and declare all other forms as heresy. You and I both know what they did to heretics in those days.

The council in question had nothing to do with the bible but people say that all the time. I'm not sure why.

If that was the intent it was a resounding failure but that wasn't the intent. The council was called for a specific reason and that was to settle the dispute about the nature of Christ with the Arians and even that took another century.

What I want to look at in particular is what is described in Revelation 6 as the "First Seal" or the "White Horse". John talks about a White Horse and the rider of the horse had a bow in hand and was given a crown to be a "conqueror bent on conquest" (Rev. 6:2). This describes a world leader who will be charming, persuasive and charismatic, will bring about a "peace" between the Arabs and Israel, who will command respect from the entire world populace, who's governmental system will abolish all currency in favor of some form of scan technology (RFID, anyone?), and who will martyr all who oppose him. Now, Scripture doesn't exactly say where he will originate, except if you look at Nebuchadnezzer's dream, Daniel spoke of the statue's feet/legs being of "iron and clay" meaning the Roman Empire. All of the Empires except the Roman, have been completely destroyed. Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece. My gist here is the One World Dictator originates from Europe. I'm thinking Russia in particular.

What are your thoughts concerning a possible one-world government?
First off, there has already been a one-world 'church' government. Secondly, it won't happen again, but will find no more tolerance for it. Thirdly, The Book of Zechariah explains it.
