Ah, is that so? Not cheap then. It's a lot more expensive than a ham hock, for example.

They are saying aspargus has an amino acid called asparagine that spreads breast cancer. I am going to post a few sites for the ladies to read it and make their own conclusions.

I was doing asparagus last week at work and someone told me that. Broke my heart. It is my favorite vegetable. I was told once you have cancer (and beat it) your chance of getting any other type goes up 30% so I will look into this.

Everything Prudhomme is expensive, if you found it in a retail store it would be alot cheaper.

I believe its used in Gumbo and chile, stew and soups, Ive never seen it for sale anywhere but his site and ive never bought it.

Almost all my pasta meals are meatless, occaisionally I make sausage.
What I also do is make Linguine with Pesto and Grilled Scallops, I buy the big sea scallops at sams, they cost a ton.

I cannot do scallops. Fishy marshmellows. Yuck. Lol

Yeah, I had that in mind when I said heavily spiced. lol I had turkey chorizo a few weeks ago. Loved it.

We have a place here that makes my favorite burger. Its 50/50...chorizo and angus. Omg. Yum.
