U.S. court says Trump travel ban unlawfully discriminates against Muslims ......

President Donald Trump's travel ban targeting people from six Muslim-majority countries violates the U.S. Constitution by discriminating on the basis of religion, a federal appeals court ruled on Thursday in another legal setback for the policy.

The Richmond-based 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, on a 9-4 vote, became the second federal appeals court to rule against the ban, which was put in place by Trump with a presidential proclamation in September. The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed the ban to go into effect while litigation challenging it continues.

The 4th Circuit ruling went further than the earlier decision by the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which found the ban violated federal immigration law but did not address the question of whether it violated the Constitution. The Supreme Court already has said it will consider both issues in deciding the legality of the ban in the coming months.

The justices are due in April to hear arguments over the ban and issue a ruling by the end of June......snip~

Damn Libtarded Judges still haven't learned
, and continue to do all they can to resist and come up with their own interpretation of the Law.

Not only does the SCOTUS need to make that ruling. They also need to issue some warnings to those Liberal Judges. As in keep your bull$#@! up and we will Censure you!

This ruling is a waste of time as SCOTUS ruled the ban will go into effect in the meantime. So Message to the Libtard Judges stop seeking headlines. What say ye?

Guess they think piling on will help with their case. Yet it don't change anything up concerning what SCOTUS said takes place in the meantime.

SCOTUS will slap this court down.

I don't understand why they make this discrimination stuff up. Don't they follow the news? ISIL is not a benevolent society.

These dumbass leftists Judges said it discriminates against Muslims. Yet the Country with the Most Muslims isn't even part of the ban.

Someone should show those Leftist Judges a map of where Indonesia is, then slam their foreheads Right up against the wall several times when saying, these-slam-are-slam-Muslims-slam.....Duh-slam!

We need a good Constitutional crisis. It is time for the President to tell the court to do their own enforcement. It is time for the Congress to end specific jurisdiction or to disband the court.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

And they have ruled for Trump in prior cases.

These lower courts need to cease playing politics.

The SCOTUS does need to make the ruling to put an end to this, but to call the 4th Circuit liberal is kind of funny. They are anything but.

They are basically saying the government violated the Constitution, but can't correct the error because the DACA kids relied on the unconstitutional executive order. The judges should be dismissed from the bench.
