    Donald Trump says Russia probe distracted FBI from preventing Florida attack

    "In a tweet on Saturday night (local time), Mr Trump criticised the FBI for missing warning signs in the case of Nikolas Cruz, 19, who is charged with killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida."Very sad that the FBI missed all of the many signals sent out by the Florida school shooter. This is not acceptable," Mr Trump wrote."They are spending too much time trying to prove Russian collusion with the Trump campaign — there is no collusion.""

    Sadly Mr. Trump cannot seem to help himself. Now he's linking this tragedy to the Russia investigation.

    In any other situation, the right would be screaming at the top of their lungs about how pathetic the president was for saying such things.

    It's always "all about me" with Trump. The fact that there is proof that the Russians are meddling in US politics and actively trying to polarize American public opinion seems to be the least of his concerns. One has to wonder, if he has nothing to hide, why is he acting so guilty? He should be supporting the investigation, not trying to throw the FBI and his own national security adviser (McMaster) under the bus.
