Someone here has been stuffing hotdogs with pills and throwing them in peoples yards that have their dogs out. A small dog has died and 2 others are sick that they attribute to this.

Anyone who still allows their cat(s) to wander around the neighborhood should be aware that people have been known to put out cans of tuna laced with antifreeze because they don't like paw prints on their vehicles or digging in the flower garden...or just, as in the example of the OP, because they're sociopaths.

Generally, people who are able to do that to animals, have no problem harming humans....in both cases, they're despicable human beings.
