Chevy Chase reportedly attacked in a road rage incident

Looks like actor Chevy Chase was involved in a road rage incident in New York which escalated into an incident where he was allegedly assaulted by the driver of the other vehicle. Chase, 74, was reported to have been kicked so hard in the shoulder, it caused him to fall to the ground. The alleged assailant, who was unnamed, was charged with 2nd Degree Harassment.

Probably would have been best if Chase, after determining that no damage was done to his car, would have gotten back into his car and continued with his journey.

I'm actually surprised that Chevy stopped the driver on the bridge; that's a very high speed traffic area; he's lucky he didn't cause an accident or get himself killed in the process.
