You do not get to end portions of the Constitution without the appropriate fight. If you have the votes repeal the bill of rights.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

Of course they aren't special. They don't want to be targets. Do you think that every other occupation would like to both be targets and armed guards? People working for private enterprise would not volunteer to protect the business. No chance there. The business would have to pony up the armed guards and secured access or have no employees.
