I can't say for sure but 6'4" and 151 seems really skinny. Like the kind of skinny that only looks normal on a gawky teenager.

Aside from an occasional can of ginger ale I can't even drink soda now. Legumes includes all beans, peas, lentils etc.

I've been drinking half a gallon of milk a week. I read it helps with gout.

150lbs at 6'4 is extremely thin. I'm guessing you also have a smaller bone structure too, otherwise I don't see how you could be that small at that height

Yeah, I think it is too skinny too, but will make a decision as I get closer.

I have been eating a ton of green beans, but I like peas as well, will have to pick some up.

I eat all legumes, but I do not drink soda, I buy sparkling water with natural flavoring, no sugar or artificial sweetners.
I buy lemon lime and Wild Cherry mostly, zero calories and quenchs thirst with no after taste.

I go Spartan and eat beans right out of the can sometimes at work. Greta fuel for runners and they're high in essential vitamins and minerals. Green beans I like in stews.

I hate dieting though. Keto works for me better than having carbs, but man I want it to end. Have about 8lbs to go to get to 200lbs and I'm hating every minute of it. Although my performance has maintained, the workouts are getting harder and more grueling.

I haven't actually been at 150 in a long long time, but was at 110-115 the whole way through high school, when I was still at 6'2 and grew to 6'4. Somewhere in my early 20's, I slowly gained till I got to 165, and then stayed there forever it seemed. At first when I started gaining again in my mid-30's, I was happy since I never gain no matter what I ate, but it hasn't stopped this time, lol.

I do have a smaller bone structure, and most of my fat shows in my belly. So, the rest of my body looks comparatively fine, just looks like I am pregnant, lol. But I also realize that you can't focus weight loss in just one part of your body.

That's the $#@! about it all. You can't spot reduce, and depending on your genetics, some have unfortunate fat distribution. I look better at 18-22% body fat than I do, say, 15% because my arms, legs, and shoulders will all get lean as hell while I still have a bit of a belly and chest fat, it looks retarded. Going from 14-16 percent to 8-12% is the part I hate the most.

Be careful with them, I was picking up the Dasani lemon flavored water, which claims to have no sugars, just natural flavoring. It has all the bad stuff they use in diet Coke and Sprite Zero, that are supposed to be as bad if not worse that sugar for you.

That is why I have been buying fresh lemons and making my own.
